How the checker works
We hold every UK Lotto result since the very first draw on 19 November 1994. When you press check, your line is compared with every draw, one round at a time. You see each time you matched 3 or more numbers, whether you had the Bonus Ball, and your best ever result.
The money figure imagines you played the same line in every single draw. It adds up what you’d have spent and the fixed prizes you’d have won at the prize levels of the time.
Good to know
- Balls 50 to 59 were only added on 10 October 2015, so they can’t match draws before then.
- Since 10 June 2026 every draw has two rounds. Each round is checked separately.
- A line cost £1 until October 2013 and £2 after that.
- Past results don’t change your chances. Every line has the same odds in every draw.

Questions people ask
Have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ever won the Lotto jackpot?
No. In 3,209 Lotto draws since 19 November 1994, the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 have never come up together. Their best result is 4 numbers in one draw, most recently on 4 May 2016. They are still exactly as likely to win as any other line.
Which draws does the checker cover?
Every UK Lotto draw from the first one on 19 November 1994 to 23 September 2026. That’s 3,209 draws. New draws are added automatically after each Wednesday and Saturday draw.
Why can’t my numbers 50 to 59 match older draws?
Lotto used balls 1 to 49 until 10 October 2015, when it moved to 59 balls. Any number from 50 to 59 can only match draws from that date onwards.
How does the checker work with the two Lotto rounds?
Since 10 June 2026 each Lotto draw has two rounds. The checker compares your line with each round separately, just like the real game. Numbers from Round 1 and Round 2 are never combined.
Are the prize amounts exact?
They are estimates using the fixed prize for each match at the time of the draw. Before October 2015 the prizes for 4, 5 and 5 plus the Bonus Ball changed with ticket sales, so we count those wins but leave them out of the money total. Jackpots, Rolldowns and raffle prizes are not included either.
Which Lotto numbers come up most often?
Since the 59-ball game started in October 2015, the most drawn main numbers are 20, 37, 39, 42, 52, 54. The least drawn are 21, 25, 30, 44, 48, 55. Every draw is random, so past results do not change the odds of the next one.
